Interview with Quinton Storm

So today myself and Star (check her out on myspace Www.myspace.com/stariissoamaziin ) who is a promoter and also works with me for S.H.E. Promotions got the chance to interview Quinton Storm. He's a real laid back guy who loves music like he loves food. Here's how the interview went:

Hello Quinton, Thanks for joining us (::Ty:: the Music Head & Star the Promoter) today! How's everything going?:
"Currently im in Miami.. About to head to the studio so I can lay down some tracks".

So we know you're from Tampa, Florida, but are you currently residing there?:
"I've been back and fourth from Tampa and Orland but Yes, im still currently in Florida".

Okay Okay so you're a singer and a song writer, but do you do anything else?:
"Acutallly, i dance and try to rap a little bit, lol. I don't call myself a rapper though."

How long have you been doing the whole music thing?:
"I've been singing forever, but on a serious note, as an artist since 2006. I was in 3 group almost all around the same time. The last group was 4ce. We had a teen boy type of style. Kind of like B2k. We almost got signed but it didn't quite fall through".

Are you currently signed to anyone?:
"Yes, I'm signed to someone but chooses to not disclose any information until further notice."

Who have you been working with?:
"A bunch of producers.. Like Oak ; he's produced Super Human by Chris Brown and Keri Hilson. Also, Mikey Bo who's also worked with Chris Brown. And Kuwan Paul which he worked with artist such as Faith Evans, J.Holiday and Omarion. Just to name a few.. "

Who's your favorite artist or producer you have worked with?:
"Thats hard to say, ha. how about i tell you some of my favorite artist (That's okay with me)Usher, Justin Timberlake, Ginuwine, BRANDY, Aaliyah, Keri Hilson, Tank, Michael Jackson, and James Brown."

Who got you started in the whole music thang?:
"Tango from VH1's I love NY."

I love your song "Get Her ft. Omarion" is there an album in the making?:
"Yes, the album is in process.. writers; myself and my close friend Azimeye"

If you could give probs to any artist right now who would it be?:
"Lady GAGA, because she's doing something real different. She took the whole Madonna style and flipped it. "

Enough business time for play! So I know the ladies are going to want to know are you single?:
"Of course. "

Why are you single? You seem to be a good dude.:
"Being in a relationship is too much work. When I get in, I usually get out. IT's hard to do music and fully be involved with someone cause they always want to compete with music."
What type of girls do you like?:
"I like ambitions, spiritual, motivated.. kind of hard to find girls like that now and days.. a lot of girls are real clingy and needy so its hard to find a girl friend. I would want to be wanted and not needed."

Would you ever date on of your fans?:
"Of course I would date a fan."

Have you ever dated a fan?:
"Never dated one, not yet. I'll date a fan is she's cool, calm and collective. & if shes not with the glits and glam. "

What's a big turn on for you?:
"I like artistic women."

Star - What about features?:
"I like nice legs. Amerie LEGS, [laughs]."

What's a big turn off?:
"I don't like being smothered and someone overly clingy. girls that don't know what they wanna do with themselve.. when you ask a girl and she said idk."

Can any of your fans catch you out and about or do you stay low key?:
"They catch me sometimes and they recognize me.. i don't usually be out a lot.. the lable im working with has me kind of low key for now.."

Can you cook?:
"Yes, I can cook, [laughs]. I usually can out cook the girls I tend to date. Girls that can't even boil water.. or make ice [laughing], just playing."

Ok so what's going on with the fashion world these days_ nothing but straight fabulousness and fierceness (don't mind my self created words). Can I ask the question of Jennifer Hudson and her famous liquid leggings movement!?
Yes its a fashion statement _ the subtle leggings dressed up with a pair of pumps or ankle boots, she's abusing the simplicity and availability of these sleek and sexy pants. YES I love her music, YES I feel sorry for her past situations, and YES I kno she's preggo. So go buy some maternity clothes or don't tour anymore_ please don't play out the liquid legging fad. Although they have already reached their peak_ they never fully died. But if JHud continues this madness I feel like I should hide in a dark corner and close my eyes if ever thinking of sliding a pair on again_ at least while she's still on her tour.

Women and Sex... What We DON'T Like.

I guess a lot of dudes think we’re suppose to be down with anything. They just decide we like this or that without asking or trying to be in tune with what women really want and like. Well that’s what little boys do, where are my grown men? I decided to ask some ladies what they don’t like for men to do during sex and here were some of the responses:

• “never wanna try anal.” – guys you can not just stick something in our asses without asking permission, it makes us feel violated, and it’s the quickest way to get your number deleted. It’s another thing if you ask the chick you messing with and she says yes.

• “ummm I don’t like spitting...LOL (take it how you wanna) if necessary please use KY…LMAO” – now quite a few ladies said this. Guys spitting on our pussy is not sexy at all, it’s actually a big turn off. “spitting on it is not a valid replacement for hard work…I’m dry cuz ur wack, do better!” If we’re not wet try other methods, 4play, KY, and ect.

• “…I don’t like when a guy is too quiet. C’mon this is not high school. U better act like we’re making a sex tape.” – Just like guys like to hear some moaning or something from us to make them feel like they putting in work, we w ant to hear something from them too. “I don’t want my dude to make more noise than me…” just because we want you to make SOME noise does NOT mean you have to be EXTRA about it. Just keep it to a minimum.

• “never wanna try BDSM that’s 2 extreme (I like a little BDSM lol) or anything illegal or involving urine, feces, or vomit.” – Fellaz, ladies can be crazy in the bedroom sometimes and we can even have our “fuck like a porn star” moments, but this is NOT a replay of 2 girls 1 cup, you’re going to have to get you a true porn star for all that. Call up Pinky cause it aint us.

• “when they tell u: you want me to put this big dick in u knowing they not all that.” And “when a guy asks u every 2 seconds is it good or whose is it.” – Sometimes you have to watch what you say to us during sex because it does get annoying. Like that “whose is it” iish will make me say “it’s mine”. Talking sexy is one thing, asking dumb iish is another.

• “…mentioning other females, ‘yo pussy way tighter than ((so-n-so’s))” – we really do NOT want to hear that. No woman wants to be compared to another female you fucked and the fact you brought her up while we were getting it in makes us feel like you were thinking about her and how she does it. Just avoid saying iish like that.

• “I hate when my dude answers his business phone during sex” – guys I’m telling you this right here can finish things because it gets started. Answering the phone during sex business or no business can cause us to think you’re really not into it, and if you’re not into it we don’t want to be doing it.

• “I don’t like when a guy is inattentive 2 my needs…”, “guys can get too rough. This aint MGM grand & we aint boxing.”, and “when they go down on u n hit that sensitive spot and think you like it. U tryna get away cuz it doesn’t feel good.” – This all can fit into one because it has to do with our needs. Guys you have to realize just because your last girl liked something or loved to do something a certain way DOESN’T mean your new one is going to be the same. With every woman comes different needs and wants, but here’s something else, you DON’T have to learn what a woman wants all on your own…ASK HER! If you’re doing something ask her if she likes it like that, so she can be like “yes” or “mmm baby ease up” shoot something.

Well guys I just thought it would be good to fill you in on a few things women don’t like during sex, now get to it! HAHA

ACTOR TURNED RAPPER/SINGER.

Yes that’s right actor Aubrey Drake Graham of Degrassi has officially changed over to rapping & singing, not saying he’s left the acting forever though. Actor Aubrey Drake now known as Drake and Drizzy is taking over the game with different hits like Replacement Girl ft. Trey Songz, Brand New Remix ft. Lil Wayne, Best I Ever Had, and my personal favorite Ransom ft. Lil Wayne. He truly is a triple threat with his singing, acting, and rapper. People are saying he’s the truth, the new “Fresh Prince”, and I have to say I agree. Now let’s talk about his personal life (evil laugh)! Rumors have been circulating that Drizzy has been messing with Rihanna, I’m going to have to say FALSE. Not only because Drizzy said it wasn’t true, but because I don’t see them together nor do I want to. NOW down to the “real” stuff. People have been saying that Drizzy is truly with Teyana Taylor. PAUSE...

Okay Okay so a lot of you are wondering who is, she and what does she do. We’ve all seen her around, but have been rather confused on what the heck she does to be hanging with such “high profile people”. Does anyone remember a song called “Google Me”? That’s right it was Ms. Teyana Taylor herself. She is a singer/rapper, and she’s making her way back in the game with new song Complicated ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjn-1IEOIZU ). PLAY...

Now it has not been confirmed that Drake aka Drizzy and Teyana are together, but they do go way back, something like best friends. So I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

SPECTACULAR GETS TIPSY *WATCH THE VIDEO* - MATURE AUDIENCE ONLY!

What’s new out there in the music world? Well I’m coming to you with our first music update. Does everyone remember boy group Pretty Ricky? Well the members consisted of Rappers: Baby Blue ((Diamond Blue Smith)), Spectacular ((Spectacular Blue Smith)), Slick’em ((Corey Lamar Mathis)), and Singer: Pleasure ((Marcus Ramone Cooper)) now known as Pleasure P and replaced by another singer by the name of Ambition/4Play ((Christopher Myers)) who I heard got replaced by another singer by the name of Lingerie ((Emmanuel “Manny”)). This group just can’t get it together can they? Once Pleasure now known as Pleasure P left the group, the group kind of fell off, and recently an attempt made to put them back on the map, Spectacular did a little dance to Pretty Ricky’s new song called Tipsy, but was it the best way to go about things? My thoughts on the video ...Well actually I’m not going to say too much about it. How many of you went to their concerts and cheered for them at the top of your lungs? He did the SAME thing they do on stage for a show, but this time he just did it in fewer clothes and got a little more intense. I’m not saying I agree with the video, but I’m not going to hate him and write a grimy blogs about him. That’s just me! On another note … I hope Pretty Ricky can make a strong come back and def. check out the song Tipsy by Pretty Ricky without Spec dancing to it because it was actually an okay song!

The Beginning of the Dynamic Duo

Hello Ladies and Gents,
It’s your girls Ty and Ashley the Dynamic Duo. I know a lot of you guys are wondering what this is all about and what the heck a Dynamic Duo is. Well we’ll give you a little brief on the both of us, and then explain.
Ashley is the “Fashionista” of the two. Ashley is rocking it in New York the Fashion Capital ((but spends time in GA)). She’s always two steps ahead of the fashion trends coming up with her own style to rock. Ashley is an aspiring model and designer, who is currently still in school majoring in Marketing and Design. She loves music, art, and food.
Ty is the “Music Head”. Ty was born in Kansas City, but moved around a little eventually landing in Illinois and will be living in Georgia next year. This girl can take you all the way back to “Clean Up Woman” by Betty Wright and bring you all the way back to Boyfriend #2 by Pleasure P. Ty is a promoter who currently works for S.H.E. Promotions, and will be in school for Business Administration. She loves fashion, poetry, Greek mythology, and French fries.
The meaning of Dynamic Duo:
When you look in the dictionary for the word dynamic you see, “pertaining to or characterized by energy or effective action; vigorously active or forceful; energetic: the dynamic president of the firm.” Or “…Physics. A. of or pertaining to force or power. B. of or pertaining to force related to motion.” And when you look in the dictionary for the word duo you see, “Music. Duet.” Or “two persons commonly associated with each other; couple.”
That ladies and gents is what we are, Ashley holds it down for Fashion and Ty holds it down for Music, put us together and we’re a force to be reckoned with. The two of us make up a Dynamic Duo. We’re fun, energetic, and much more!
Keep rocking with us on this blog and we’ll be bringing you updates on the newest fashion styles do’s and don’ts and we’ll keep you updated on which artist is doing what(we'll even throw in some extras like advice to the ladies and updates on what's going on out in the world point blank).
